Ribbon Forehand Exercise
Here is a great forehand exercise that Hi-techtennis member Karim found online. I love many things about
this exercise, but first note two things that Lee Couillard says. First, he emphasizes how learners
are primarily visual, and second, he stresses the importance of teaching rhythm in tennis.
This exercise is a perfect way to get the full "shape" of the forehand, and that shape is precisely
a Figure 8.
